Starbrick Boat Launch

The Allegheny National Forest offers six boat launches on the vast Allegheny Reservoir. On the Allegheny River, there are public launches at the Kinzua Dam Visitor's Center; in Starbrick, on River Road; at Buckaloons Recreation Area, near Irvine; and in Tidioute, home of the Pennsylvania State Championship Fishing Tournament.

Chapman State Park offers two boat launches, as well as canoe rentals.

Note: Only electric motors are permitted at Chapman State Park . The Allegheny Reservoir and Allegheny River have no horsepower restrictions.
